Recently, I gained weight 3 kilograms because I was sleep and eat a lot. When I got home, I just sit on the sofa and watched TV. I didn’t notice that I had gained weight.I was panic until I wore my jeans and found it was a little tight. First of all, I quit eating rice and snack at night, which caused me to gain weight. Second, I planned to exercise when I was free. It was hard to lose weight in the beginning, but there is no crosscut to lose my weight. Finally, I successfully solved my problem.
